Don´t email me and ask exact milage, it´ 158, 000 +. At this mileage does it really matter. It drips oil from oil pan or plug, I don´t know where. It runs but not made for the highway. Battery less than a year old, new plug wires and plugs. New tires, new carburetor, new shocks, new brake lines from master cylinder to brakes, new rotors, calipers, and pads on front and brake shoes on rear. New exhaust system, new shocks. New wiper motors on front and rear. New heater blower. Body has very little rust. Frame in great shape. 4X4 works great in snow. Interior completely refinished with new seats, headliner, carpet, reupholstered panels. I have the original bench seat for the rear. These make great rock crawlers, was built to be affordable and compete with Land Rover at the time. I have over $4000.00 in it this last year and have all the receipts. This thing has had a lot of work done to it since I´ve owned it. The transmission has been rebuilt with an upgraded torque converter, red eagle clutches, raybestos steels, upgraded apply bands and servos, 4.2:1 apply lever, and a shift kit. I have the old parts to prove it. Its had a new fuel filter, front crankcase cover seal, KDP tabbed, new batteries, an upgraded sound system (two 12´ subs with upgraded door speakers and radio)Included is two sets of rims. The stock steels with 285/70/16 and 03-08 alloy wheels with 315/70/17. These tires need replaced but the 285´s have plenty of life left. Its a great running, driving truck. Needs some tlc here and there. I have a snow plow that I was going to put on the front. Can go with the truck for an additional $800. Its a western uni-mount eight foot long. Details: This is a 1997 Dodge Dakota. The body is a little beat up, the hood and the front bumper need to be replaced. There are four fairly new tires to go with the truck. The truck has just over 130K miles on it. The radio is out and the center console door needs to be replaced. The head gaskets need to be replaced as well. The truck will start and drive. New Shocks Brakes (Rotors calipers pads drums and shoes) Battery, Exhaust including catalytic converters (2), radiator, power steering pump, fan clutch, interior is dusty but not torn up. Tilt cruise AC, Heated power adjust mirrors, power windows. Light rust on bottom of rear 1/2 doors repaired once several years ago and chip coated but needing light touch up or drive as it is. 120,000 daily driver highway miles. KBB says $5,800.00 everything works as it should. No beauty queen but a very reliable, mechanically sound truck. Many dings, bruises on rear bumper... but looks are not what this truck is about... If you want to pull a trailer this has a hitch and the towing pkg. with trailer brake controller. Cash or trade do not need this truck and hate to let it sit. Reply to ad with offers.
