Details: I have a 2001 Dodge Caravan SE with 118,XXX miles on it. It is in overall decent condition and runs fine. I used this to commute back and forth to work without problems, but have since decided to cut down to one vehicle. It has an aftermarket Pioneer tape deck with a 6 disc changer installed. This van has 3rd row seating which the second and third row are both removable. There is also 2 built in children seats in the second row. There is no check engine light, or any other major issues. There are a few small things that might need attention, but they didn´t bother me for commuting. I want to try to be as descriptive as possible.- Small portion of headliner needs tact up in front, simple fix (see photo)- Rust spots appox 2´-3´ in front of each rear wheel. A little bondo should do the trick, I was waiting until warmer weather to do the same. (see photos)- Small paint chip in rear lift gate. Not major, just noticed it...approx quarter sized. Little touchup paint. (see photo)- Could use new front tires. Existing ones still have a little life, but need replaced soon.- Heater switch only works on highest setting. I´m hot blooded, so didn´t bother me much :) . A new/used switch would most likely fix that.- Power steering will intermittently stop. I´m not sure the cause, but a few times I have had the power steering ´tighten up´, then after a second or two it would work fine again. It could need a new belt or hose, but I am not 100% sure. I would assume that the pump is fine, or it wouldn´t work the majority of the time, which it does. This is something else that didn´t effect my use of the vehicle, as I said it doesn´t happen often. Details: This is a 1995 Dodge caravan, the transmission was rebuilt by the last owner of the vehicle, i dont know when ive had it since i think aprilof 2011, i bought it in va. its a va vehicle it has absolutely no rust anywhere on the van, it runs and drives great, needs absolutely nothing and you can use it as either a family van, or a work van, has the secoind and third row seats and has a ladder rack as well. it was bought as a work van fleet maintained, i drove it and maintained it well as a work van, then my wife took it over and has been driving it since august/sept. the wheels were expensive and it has less than 1500 miles on 2 brand new tires on the rear (bfgoodrich tires) the wheels are unilug 17´ verde wheels, i have the center caps as well. i just didnt like the way it looked. included with the van is the 14´ black steel wheeels and tires that cam on the van that i drove it on. with about 1/2 tread left i think, still balanced. the van has roughly 160k still driven daily. needs nothing, i will hopefuly have the new neadliner in it before it gets bought, thats all it needed but im gonna replace it. its a v6 complete new tune up, new front axles, new sway bushings, new brakes, new heater core, newer battery, has several recent interstate trips to and from virginia, about 6 hrs one way, this van always gets you where you need to go, doesnt look bad and does great on gas for a 7 passenger. new motor mounts and trans mount. spare wheels had just been balanced before pulled off. text or call 540-497-1322 i live in bridgport west va. its my va.. cell number plan has not run out yet. lol. price is obo. the ladder rack and windows come clean for a passenger van. i am willing to dome trading, im looking for pistols, jet skis, 4x4 4 wheelers, motorcycles, campers, equipment, just about anything, i also have a 88 toyota pickup for sale almost completely rebuilt mechanically with 108k miles if your trade is more valuable.
