Odo reads 85xxx, but I´m sure it´s passed 99,999 once or twice before I bought it.It´s a reliable old truck. Currently my dailer driver. The Slant 6 is a bulletproof engine, and I´d bet the truck would fall apart before the engine quits.It´s not perfect, but it´s definitely decent for the age.The Good: (these have all been done within the last 5,000 miles)Gets 18mpg on averageNew snow/mud tires on rearNew WaterpumpNew spark plugs & wiresNew radiator and hosesRecently rebuilt transmissionNew U-jointsNew front shocksNew air filterNew power steering beltThe paint is still pretty good for a 27 year old truck.The not so good:Windshield is cracked, right in the middle at the top. Doesn´t look pretty but it doesn´t hurt anything and isn´t in the way of seeing.Right front wheel is missing a lugnut. Right rear wheel has a broken stud, easy fix, hasn´t caused any problems though.There is currently no radio, the stock one just quit working a couple months ago. I could put one in it for you for the price of the radio/cd player.The speedometer jumps around when you´re driving under 50 mph. It needs lubricated, and I will do that, but it´s something that needs done occasionally.Power steering pump seeps, not major but you will need to add some every couple weeks if you drive everyday.It uses oil, if driven every day about a quart every 1.5-2 weeks. It doesn´t burn it, the engine seeps it like most every other old engine. Details: I am trying to sell a 1996 dodge 1500 4x4 extended cab truck it has the 360 motor 139.000 Miles, runs good, tires are at 80 to 90 percent tread. Body has some rough spots but hardly no rust. The truck does smoke for a couple minutes till it warms up, think its the valve seals. Has new plenum gasket and intake gasket. Needs some exhaust work, Runs strong!
