Details: I have had the great pleasure of driving this perfect truck for about 2 years. At first the acceleration was mushy and it would get only 15-16 miles per gallon. After I had the chip replaced, it gets 21+ MPG at highway speeds on cruise control. The technician who put the chip in mentioned ´ as an upside , you´ll get 100 extra horsepower´. I was after mileage, the additional power was a pleasant surprise. When the turbocharger kicks in the truck will, in short, haul ass. It has amazing acceleration though I rarely push it, usually only to pass good citizens doing the speed limit. Additions include the running lights on the cab, step bars to get up into the slightly raised body, K&M oil and filters, wide tires and custom rims. The back seat sits like a limousine and folds flat creating enough space with the mega cab to put a bed in and have a few friends over. I bought it because I needed a vehicle to do house calls on patients and it was the nicest truck on the lot! Sold the clinic, and the truck belongs to the clinic, so will sell the truck. This truck has not seen hard work in it´s life, looks good, strong as an ox and runs like a cheetah. Don´t let this one get away!! Great buy!! * 2006 Turbocharged 6 cylinder diesel: a coveted engine choice. EPA rules kicked in, in the 2007, Dodge stopped using these engines in the same year. This is one of the last ones.* 4 wheel hi/lo drive, rarely used. Mostly for pulling pontoon boat up ramp.* 83,100+ miles with regular oil changes and maintenance.
